Chuck is an experienced consultant who for the past 15 years has worked with organizations large and small. He focuses on the connections between people and processes to achieve high performance from the organization. His consulting interests include: business planning, business process improvement (engineering, production, quality, customer service, supply chain, managerial accounting), employee training and coaching, marketing, and crisis management.
Chuck holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The William Paterson University of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
